Appears to have been married to Tryntje Janse prior to arriving from Holland.
She remarried after his death to Eldert Gerbertse Cruyff on 07/03/1663.
Tryntje and her new husband appear to have returned to Holland on 11/16/1671.

11 - Harmon Janse (? - ?)
Harmon may have been a child of Jan Janse Ryckman and Tryntje Janse or may have been a brother or cousin of Jan's. He is listed as a resident of Albany NY from 1663-1667 but little else is known about him.

Married to Jacques Cornelise Van Slyck as mentioned in Harmon's will.

Captain of Foot under Col. Peter Schuyler in Albany New York
His name appears on numerous legal documents with differant positions over the years. Some of these include Justice of the Peace, Brewer, Constaple, Indian Commisioner, possible Mayor for a period as well.

  Johannis died sometime before 04/10/1734 as his estate was listed on that dates issue of the Zengler's Weekly Journal as recently deceased
  Catherina Kip died sometime before 06/27/1717 as her death is listed in the will of her brother Jacobus Kip
  Catherina Kip was of French Huguenot descent, her ancestors being in France and moving to Holland during the Protestand revolts.

    Commissioned as a Captain by William Barnet, Captain of General and Governor and vice-Admiral in North America. He was given a trust to defend the ward of New York City in 1722 and during the French and Indian Wars, he suffered greatly both personally and with property.
    His family settled in the Niagara area as Loyalists and he is shown as Lt. John Ryckman of the Indian Dept. in the Reid Loyalist Book.
